Children's party bookings

Whipton Hall has space inside and out that is big enough to accommodate a bouncy castle, soft play equipment and or a ball pool.

We can also reccomend great entertainers Gee Gee Puppets can provide not only a puppet show but also disco's and party games. They have full insurance and provide a friendly and efficient service. And Made for the Stage offers a range of activities. For something a little different you can also book a science workshop with Devon Science (formally Sciencedipty).

£18 per hour - minimum of 3 hours.
We operate 2 time slots 9.30am - 1230 and 1pm to 4pm

Bouncy Castles can be hired from Lets Bounce or Clarks castles starting at £60 without a slide or from £80 with a slide. Lets Bounce even have an assault course that fits in !

Soft play equipment and all ball pit and bouncy hoppers/go karts can be added at additional costs. 
Hall hire is Inclusive of use of tables, chairs and our fully equipped newly refurbished kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. 

Bluetooth music system.
Outside area at the back of the building for also included.

Hall hire time must include set up and pack up time, we advise half an hour each side of the party. 
 

The hall must be left clean and tidy and all rubbish must be taken with you!

Please note that the hall is checked when you leave and if it is not left in a clean and tidy condition there is a £25 cleaning charge. 

The hall is monitored by CCTV inside and out which can be accessed remotely.

Please note that we no longer take adult evening party bookings or wedding receptions.

Train and Track play party

Package includes 3 hours of hall hire, 1.5 hour train play. Volunteers to set up track prior to party and pack away after an hour & a half of play. 
This could be done while food is served at far end of the hall. 
Package price £175.00. 
Additional extra available - cafe set up and sales allowing people to purchase own refreshments (including volunteers to run it).
