Booking for private events:

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 14 days before your booking. 
  • Full payment is required if making your booking within a month of your hire. 
  • Cancellation within twenty four hours of the event will still be chargeable.
  • Due to our location we do not take bookings any later than 11pm

Prior to booking we will arrange to meet you at the hall and go through our Covid-19 risk assessment and complete the booking form and take your deposit or full payment if within a month of your booking. 
You will then be made aware of the arrangements for access for your booking.
