A volunteer will normally respond to your email within 24 hours. 

Please note that our minimum hire periods are 3 hours for weekend hires. 

From 9.30am - 1230 or 1pm until 4pm

We DO NOT hire the hall for adult evening parties.

• All evening & weekend hires are subject to a 3 hour minimum hire charge.
• Our two time slots are 9.30 - 1230 and 1pm - 4pm longer time can be booked upon request. And if you would like to book 5 hours or more you can choose your own time slot.
• A £18 deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 14 days before your booking. 
• ​Full payment is required if making your booking within a month of your hire. 
• Cancellation within :
  14 days or less - Full payment, no refund
  15 days or more  - Loss of deposit or change to a new date.
• Due to our location we do not take bookings any evening adult party bookings or wedding receptions.
• The hall must be left clean and tidy for the next user or a charge of £25 will be applied.
• New regular bookings must pay a month in advance and 30 days notice must be given if you no longer wish to hire the hall.

Cleaning charge if the hall is not left clean and tidy £25

Cancellation
If the cancellation is more than 15 days before the booked date the £18 deposit will be forfeited or the amount credited to a future booking.
If the cancellation is 14 days or fewer before the booked date, the hire is chargeable in full. 
In exceptional circumstances we will allow money to be transferred to a future booking.
