A volunteer will normally respond to your email within 24 hours. 

Please note that our minimum hire periods are 3 hours for weekday evening and weekend hires.

We DO NOT hire the hall for adult evening parties.

• All evening & weekend hires are subject to a 3 hour minimum hire charge.
• We do not operate time slots for party hire, its one party per day.
• A £16 deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 7 days before your booking. 
• ​Full payment is required if making your booking within a month of your hire. 
• Cancellation within twenty four hours of the event will still be chargeable.
• Due to our location we do not take bookings any evening adult party bookings or wedding receptions.
• The hall must be left clean and tidy for the next user or a charge of £25 will be applied.
• New regular bookings must pay a month in advance and 30 days notice must be given if you no longer wish to hire the hall.

Cancellation
If the cancellation is more than 14 days before the booked date the £15 deposit will be forfeited or the amount credited to a future booking. If the cancellation is 7 or fewer days before the booked date, the hire is chargeable in full. 
In exceptional circumstances we will allow money to be transferred to a future booking.
