Booking for private events:

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable at least a week before the event.
Full payment is required if making your booking within a month of your hire.
Cancellation within twenty four hours of the event will still be chargeable.
Due to our location we do not take bookings any later than 10pm.

PA system available for hire - connectable by bluetooth or USB stick/SD card to use for a playlist/disco. Price on application

Access

Prior to booking we will arrange to meet you at the hall and go through our Covid-19 risk assessment and complete the booking form and take your deposit or full payment if within a month of your booking.
You will then be made aware of the arrangements for access for your booking.
